Absolutely amazing! I will continue using these
I've been using these for a few months now, and I can confidently say they’ve completely changed my drawing and writing experience. The first thing you notice is the solid, premium feel! the metal body gives it just the right weight, which adds a sense of control and precision when you're working on detailed sketches or technical drawings. The grip is smooth but not slippery, and it stays comfortable even after long sessions. I especially appreciate how durable these pencils are! no cracking or breaking like cheaper plastic models. The mechanism for advancing the lead is smooth and reliable, and I haven’t had any issues with jamming. Plus, the sleek design makes it feel more like a professional tool than a basic writing instrument.Whether I'm drafting, shading, or just jotting down notes, these pencils perform beautifully. If you’re someone who values precision, durability, and aesthetics I'd highly recommend trying these! It’s one of those small upgrades that makes a big difference in your daily workflow.

Good for beginners
I love these so much, the lead is a little hard to work with however I enjoy them and would recommend to people starting off their sketching journey

A Durable and Versatile Mechanical Pencil Set for Writers and Artists
This mechanical pencil set is both high-quality and practical, packaged in a slim, clear plastic case that makes it easy to carry around. The set includes three metallic mechanical pencils that are comfortable to hold, featuring a textured grip for better control. Each pencil uses 2.0mm lead, which is thicker than standard mechanical pencils, making it more durable and resistant to breaking. The set also includes plenty of refills, ensuring long-term use, along with multiple replacement erasers—both 4B erasers and smaller erasers that fit into the pencil caps. The eraser caps are a nice touch, but they are quite small, so be careful not to misplace them.A standout feature is the included sharpeners, which allow you to sharpen the lead to a fine point, similar to a traditional wooden pencil. This is especially useful for technical drawing and detailed sketches. The set also comes with colored lead in fun shades like blue, orange, yellow, and green, which work surprisingly well and add a creative twist.Overall, this is a sturdy, well-made set that’s perfect for technical drawing, sketching, or everyday writing. The pencils feel durable and well-constructed, with a strong metal body that should last a long time. Easy to refill and smooth to write with, this set is a fantastic addition for artists, students, and professionals alike.

Good for kids who want nice pencils but will likely lose them
In short, literally what the title says. They actually have a lot of perks to them like a decent rubber grip that will likely soften and become grippier over time (a little hard for my liking but they literally just got here so this is just my initial impression), or even the 2.0 cap has a sharper on it! They are definitely better than a Bic your kid will find on the floor, but also cheap enough that arguably, won’t be a big deal if they lost it like if it was a Kuru Toga Advance or something. That’s kinda the only praise I can think of giving them now.Anyone who’s curious about why I’m only giving this a 4 star and any other opinions/recommendations I have, feel free to read on:Now I knew what I was likely getting when ordering these, so I wasn’t expecting TOO much, however…As someone who does avidly collect mechanical pencils of varying qualities and brands, it seemed a bit absurd to me that the gold pencils - while admittedly look cool - are primarily plastic with only the grip section being the only “metal” part. And of course even then the metal feels cheap, which is fine! I definitely was expecting that given the price point and how much you were getting. I was honestly expecting some weight to them (I like my pencils a little heavier but that’s just preference of course), or a cooled initial touch, but not even that…. So that was a huge let down for me.The title description said metal so I assume *everything* was metal of some sort. That’s the only reason I can’t give it a 5 star rating, but what follows is more of just airing out my thoughts, nothing really much more negative than this.Being very real here, this brand is basically using molds/ideas from other established brands that sell these exact pencils at a better quality and higher price point of course. In other words, this is the store brand version of the name brand. So as long as you don’t mind/haven’t used a quality pencil like that, these should be fine! Some other things to note about both the 2.0 and 0.5, 0.7, and 0.9 varieties:2.0 - this isn’t like the Blocky Gear 2.0 where you push the top and it works like a normal mechanical pencil. This has more a clutch mechanism, what that means that with one push, your lead could easily just fly out of your pencil. So watch out for that!0.5, 0.7, 0.9 - I’ll be honest, the clicking to advance lead doesn’t feel very good, even Bic pencils feel better than this… This pencil though, IS metal, most of it at least is. The grip is quite slippery despite it being rubber, so give it time to soften and potentially become grippier.Listen at the end of the day, these pencils will get the job done like a regular wooden pencil would, and if you’re on a budget, these pencils are okay enough. I only got these because I was hoping the gold pencil would feel close enough to a brass pencil I had 3682737 years ago. But if I did have to recommend a pencil dupe from this brand, I would get the pencils from the BLOCKY GEAR line, they are a lot like Pentel’s Graphgear 1000 line! And it’s actually a lot more comfortable than this particular set of pencils, not to mention they feel more like metal pencils, arguably a better bang for your buck if you can afford them :)These aren’t bad pencils, just a little different from what I was expecting and definitely different from what I’m used to (that part was to be expected of course)Do what you wish with this information, I don’t care, I’m just here to give an unsolicited opinion.
