Perfect to relieve strain on USB C cables when plugged into my laptop. I plug in a docking station at my desk and the cable is on the stiff side. By using these adapters, it relieves the strain on the USB C port. Good preventative measures to save on wear and tear. Works fine with my Thunderbolt docking station.

These seem to work fine though they do have a bit of “play” in my usb c port which can cause a loss of signal but that can be my ports. All in all, they seem hefty enough and work.

I bought these to use with a LED Halloween mask that has a charge port on the top. I was uncertain how long the internal batttery on the mask would last and I wanted to hook up an external battery for Halloween night. Given the placement of the charging port, a cable would have stuck up from the top of the mask and looked odd as I wanted to wear a hoodie. This solved that by allowing the cable to run along the top of my head and down the back of my neck.Having said that, they do not work to plug into my Samsung Galaxy S21 phone with a case on it. The case gets in the way of the body of the adapter so it won't sit all the way in.

Great for TAPO 120C Cameras!I have a half dozen of the nice TAPO 120 cameras, that don't have batteries inside. They are intended to be powered from those little DC "bricks" plugged into an AC outlet.Fortunately, there is still at least one brand of solar panels with internal batteries. The are designed for powering some of the Blink outdoor cameras. They carry the brand name "iTODOS", but they are designed for Blink, so the connector at the end of the cable is USB-2, and the plastic "seal" shape is very convoluted. I put a simple USB-2 to USB-C adapter on the end of the cable - but that adaptor was a sloppy fit, and would leak water, and be viable to strain pressures in the back of the camera.So I bought several right angle adapters, so the cable could be connected aimed down from the camera's back. Of the adapters I bought, done fit snuggly into the camera's USB-C port. That is, none but this one. The plastic "bezel" around the metal plug fit perfectly. In fact, it took a bit of pressure to snap the adapter into the camera. It's a bit tighter fit than the camera's "brick" cable.I agree with the other 5 star reviews. Very well made. I bought 8, but I'm going to more for other cameras with suspect cable connections.

I'm using this (the black version - it seems like some colors are entirely different device but specs might be the same) to connect a monitor and the DisplayPort alt mode works really well, I'm getting full DP 1.4 bandwidth so 1440p at 10 bit 144hz works without any issues. I just got this today so can't speak to longevity, might post update in the future.
