Surprisingly solid plastic, I thought it would be hollow the green one is the easiest one to use. Only a like a dollar cheaper on aliexpress so the prices isn't bad.

Sturdy hard plastic definitely saves the thumb it was a great purchase especially for the price. I would buy againThe only potential down side is you will need to wear a piece of clothing in between the tool and skin when using the blue piece because of the way it was molded together it could scrape your skin if you don't sand it down
