I suffer from chronic pain that affects my sleep and will try anything to help. This item is supposed to help with pain and ability to fall to sleep so i was eager to try it.It arrived in a sealed resealable ziplock bag along with clear details about the actual product on the packaging.They are easy to take and leave no aftertaste. As with most supplements they do not provide an instant cure so patience and belief in the product is needed. It's very difficult to know if supplements are working as they tend to be preventative and so you have 2 choices, do you think along the lines of if i hasn't been taking them my pain would be worse or they haven't improved anything so they aren't working. I tend to be in the 1st group, a long as i don't feel worse I'd like to think that they are helping me.I've only just recieved these so it's far too early to have any results but from first impressions I've no reason to think they aren't going to work, they don't offer a list of unrealistic promises, but the 2 comments that attracted my attention was they are a natural pain relief and aids sleep latency. Because of my pain i wake constantly and getting back to sleep can be difficult so if these can help in anyway i will be impressed.Should these supplements prove to be definitley working or if i have any nasty side affects i will return and amend this review.

It takes a bit longer to see if this works as it's supposed to, or more so, if they help towards what they're for.I've been taking two of these every night before sleep as recommended and after a good week, there might be some changes to my sleep.Not that I'm sleeping better as sleeping, but my legs are much less achy as they tend to be on occasion due to working nights and not sleeping at night in bed on regular basis.Time will tell, as when I stop taking them, will pain return or is it gone by me doing something different in life?!
