Great Supplement for Strength and Performance
I’ve been using the EFX Sports Kre-Alkalyn Creatine supplement for a while now and I’m really happy with the results. The pH-correct formula is supposed to be easier on the stomach than regular creatine monohydrate, and I found it to be true — no digestive issues at all. It’s helped me improve my strength and muscle growth noticeably during workouts. The capsules are easy to take and the 120 servings supply lasts a good while, making it good value for money. If you’re looking for a creatine supplement that delivers without the typical side effects, this one is definitely worth trying.

Best kre-alkalyn out there
Creatine is probably the most important supplement behind protein,so when using it you need to know its working and doing what it should be doing and that is retaining hardness in the muscle, muscles are essentially water in basic terms and as such retaining water is essential. Here is where creatine is a mine field ,deciding which is best and which brand works best is a job all in itself,so where to start? well first ignore anything that is not buffered creatine,if its not buffered it reaches the stomach and you basically lose up to 40% of its power there, buffered creatine reaches you with around 90% or more and is distributed as it should be and not destroyed in the stomach like inferior creatine and also there is less risk of undesirable waste product occurring in your body, something that is very serious indeed.EFX are the ones that brought buffered creatine to the athletics worlds attention and has been a staple in anyone's supplement since that day, there are many others claiming to be buffered but in fact are just false claims and will become apparent after digesting them and getting the dreaded cramps and undesirable side effects which can even be very painful if you suffer I.B.S like i do.This brand is the best on the market and will blow you away if you are using just regular creatine at present,it instantly will become apparent that this is a completely different beast providing you buy the real genuine product and brand,i must warn you there are some fake versions being sold as i have become foul of these practises myself but luckily i have found a genuine seller and supply on Amazon.I recommend this product 100% and its practically guaranteed you will increase your workouts if lifting by minimum 30% when using this product,i can not reiterate enough how important creatine is and more so how important buffered PH correct creatine is.Do do your own research if just starting out in fitness and you will see the facts and evidence regarding this supplements importance.Do not hesitate or hinder your efforts in the gym with poor quality inferior products,go with EFX buffered PH correct creatine and you will see results with 2 days max, just remember to double or triple water intake when using and unlike regular creatine there is no loading phase or cycle routines with buffered creatine.

Amazing results
I was going to wait until this product stopped giving me huge gains to write a review, but the gains keep coming every workout. First I have tried many creatine products, and this one is by far the best. With regular creatine monohydrate i receive no gains even when mixed with large mounts of simple sugar, creatine ethyl ester seemed to give decent gains though as well as Cell-Tech. The gains with these were about 7% increase in strength in first week, then they would stop after this short period. With Kre Alkalyn though every workout I seem to gain large amounts of strength, and I recover quicker, so I can train each muscle group twice a week. Results so far are an increase in squat from 95kg to 120kg, bench from 105 kg to 117.5kg, bent over row 75kg for 5 reps to 92.5 kg for 6 reps to name few, and this is over 13 days. I have no doubt in my mind that these will all be beaten the net time I workout. Also it says on the tub to have one before nod after, this is wrong unless you are very small and skinny take two before and after workouts. If you are large three before and after would be a good idea.My protein intake was 1 gram per pound of body weight, and lots of calories.

One week test... Positive results so far!
I thought I'd write a quick review for the benefit of anybody who, like me, is a relative newcomer to the world of weightlifting and creatine. To put you in the picture, I'm 32 years of age, 6ft. 1in. tall, and for the past month, I've been eating VERY healthily, as per the basics of the Slimming World regime. I've obviously added extra protein (both through natural foods and powdered shakes) but ultimately, I've 100% avoided sugar where possible - this includes chocolate, fizzy drinks, biscuits, cakes etc - as well as bread, flour and general empty calories (crisps, chips and other "snacks"). I've basically eaten lots of fruit, veg, carbs, fibre and protein. I'm currently doing an upper/lower body routine at the gym, working 4 days in a row (45 minutes per session approx) with 1 day off for recovery. I weigh 95kg, and my BMI verges slightly into the "overweight" range. Finally, I've previously used creatine monohydrate with no noticeable outcome, so was a little sceptical about this product initially.I purchased this product hoping to get an extra "boost" at the gym. According to the bottle, I need (for someone of my weight) to take 2 x pills prior to the workout, and 2 x pills after. I've done lots of research and found that there's a 50-60% better uptake of creatine if ingested with dextrose or basic sugar, so I swallow mine with a mouthful of non-lite Lucozade sports drink, 30 mins prior to beginning my routine. I've certainly noticed that over the past week, my recovery times have increased, and I've been able to sustain the necessary reps until the end of the set, whereas previously (certainly on the bench press and chest press) I was failing on my third set, roundabout the 5th rep. After a week on these I can power through - don't get me wrong, it still hurts (lots!) but with some mind-over-matter thinking, I've certainly managed to achieve a bit of an "edge". This has resulted in me having my routine altered and my weights upped, and I'm due to start the amended routine tomorrow. As far as measurements go, in the last week I've lost 1-5 to 2cm on my hips and thighs, but currently my arms remain the same. So no visible gain, but there's certainly something going on "under the bonnet" if that makes sense! There's supposedly a month's supply in the bottle, so after only one week, I'm slightly sceptical that these have contributed - is it just my own strength and natural gain that's responsible? The truth will tell when I start on the heavier weights, so I will update the review in due course. Either way, I'd certainly recommend them to other beginners, as there haven't been any negative (or certainly not noticeable) side effects to date!
