Love looking at family photos all day long
This extra-large digital picture frame exceeded my expectations! The screen is bright, crisp, and big enough to really showcase photos in beautiful detail—it feels like having a mini gallery at home. Uploading pictures was super easy, and I love being able to add new ones remotely. It’s perfect for displaying memories, especially for family members who don’t use social media. The frame itself looks sleek and modern, and it fits in well with any decor. Whether you’re gifting it or using it for your own home, this frame is a standout!⸻

The perfect movie poster display!
Solid construction with all the supplies you need to install it. The operating system is not fast but the interface was very easy to navigate. I loaded 300 movie poster files with no problem. You do need to be aware of system requirements but they are discussed in the user manual. The remote is well planned out with just the right button selection to help you easily navigate. The BEST feature is the screen. It is bright, accurate and has a wide viewing angle. It is not thin but that wasn't what I wanted. I was looking for a box that felt like the backlit poster frames from when I worked in a movie theatre. I added LED backlights that I plugged into the frame's USB-C port for power. I also installed an in-wall cable management kit so I could hide the cord. I LOVE it.NOTE: The first one I ordered could not get past the welcome screen. It seemed to be a software issue. I contacted the service department and they were very good at getting back within 24 hours. After a couple of suggestions from the service team that did not work I decided to send it back. The day after I did the service team responded with instructions to reset the frame software. This probably would have worked so I will include those instructions here. "You can try to reset the frame to see if the problem can be solved. There are two holes for the charging port on the back of the photo frame. Please try to poke them with a needle. These two positions are the upgrade hole and the reset hole."When the second frame came it worked perfectly. I am very happy with it and I hope it lasts for a long time.

Clear picture, great size, wonderful way to display trip or family photos
This frame has been better than I'd expected. The size is absolutely terrific. Prior to this, we'd only had the 8x10 and 5x7ish versions; they were great, but nothing compared to this. While we're really enjoying it overall, I can't give it 5 stars for a few reasons:1) The remote control's wheel is lousy. From the get go, the attempt to navigate right and up rarely works. It's maddening, but I didn't want to hassle with sending the whole thing back just because of a crappy remote.2) Though you're supposed to be able to share photos via email, that function isn't working. It's linked to my email, the photos show they've been sent, yet they never make it to the frame.3) Interface could be easier to navigate, group photos, etc. Additionally, would be nice to be able to edit the view while on a photo (zoom or crop to a particular area of the photo and save it while on the frame). So far, all of this type of editing has had to be accomplished before ever sending the photo to the app. Takes a fair amount of trial and error (sending multiple versions of pics) before the final version that looks best on frame is achieved. Worth it in the end, but it is tedious initially.4) Colors, while pretty good, definitely lack the depth and contrast of the originals. But for this price range, I think it's probably as good as you'll get. I'd expect to have to pay double or more to improve on this. One recommendation, when you do upload your photos, try and group them into folders from the get go. In my case, I have hundreds all in one folder, and I'm not able to pull some from that folder and move into a different one. Instead, I'd have to start the whole upload process again. Anyhow, I have thought it would be nice to have separate photos with family, separate ones for each trip/destination. Then, we could play photos from a particular folder on a given day. As it is, it's not uncommon that I find I'm seeing some of the same photos most days and missing others. Those I'm missing would come up more frequently were there not so many photos in a single rotation. Again, food for thought when you're uploading pics.Despite those few hang ups, we're happy we have this frame. When reading reviews ahead of time, it seemed like most frames in this price range had some similar issues or other idiosyncrasies of their own. As to size, though, I can't recommend this size enough. It's been brilliant! And being able to store hundreds of photos on the frame has meant we're enjoying pictures we hadn't seen in years. This is when the display size is most remarkable--the clear picture brings eyes and other facial features to life. We can remember just what it was like to hold our kids when they were that size, the mischief in our dog's eyes, for the first time really see our baby's dimple as she smiles at her grandparent... it's remarkable! So many unexpected joys. Highly recommend.

Set up is difficult, requires the app, with a little help
It works good enough. Don’t expect a lot of help from instructions or the app. But ultimately if you take the time to figure it out, it does the job. There are some frustrating inherent problems though. For example if you set the timer to shut off at night, it doesn’t restart where it left off the next day. It defaults to the dashboard and you have to manually turn it on if you want to see a slideshow or a clock or whatever. Like I said it works but it’s not an impressive unit with very little support to help you figure it out.

Don't buy
The frame was supposed to be new but when it arrived, it had been used.Parts were missing and there were photos already loaded from the previous owner.

Easy to use and clear pics
So far this frame is wonderful. Easy to use. Wanted to use it in landscape but pics from phone fill frame turned up. I was able to set the hours I wanted it to run. Very satisfied.
