I love it!!! I truly love the Eufy Security System more than RING or Bing. The lock makes a cute little "DING" whenever you lock/unlock the door. Has a one-click system you can use to lock the door. The indoor screen is perfect for FL hurricane doors since you can't install a peep-hole, with a click of a button you can view outside if you don't have your phone nearby to check the app. I had the original one and had some issues while using it but this one works as smooth as butter! The Palm Reader is so convenient when my hands are full of groceries I no longer have to struggle to use the fingerprint scanner like I did on the old model. BUY IT! You won't regret it I promise!

Eufy customer service looked at the issue and found out that my Homebase 3 is overloaded (too many devices). After removing the lock and adding it to WiFi, most of the connection issues seem to have been resolved. The palm open is a hit or miss, but definitely happy it connects when I need it.Original review -I was excited when this was announced, but it’s been a frustrating experience. The installation was straightforward, but it’s extremely unreliable. It stays offline most of the time. Palm reader is a hit or miss. Only thing that works properly is the key code. If I wanted that, there are a ton of options. Notifications are also either missed or so delayed, it makes this useless. Asked customer service for help, but they have not been able to help at all. No other device in the home is so flaky.

I love my lock. I already had Eufy cameras and doorbell, so this fit right in. I like that as I walk up to my door, I just hold out my hand the it magically unlocks. The main reason I got this and made my parents get this is because of the screen on the back. Neither of us have peep holes, and although we both already had doorbell cameras, the app always takes a little bit to boot up. This lock just lets us walk up, click the botton on the back, and 2 seconds later we can see who is outside the front door.This lock was also very easy to install. I had little bit of a hard time getting it to hook up in the app, because it was so new, it wasn't listed in the app as devices to add. But I was able to eventually get it all figured out.
