Loved learning about all the spells and potions from the Harry Potter world. My son is 7 who bought this book, so reading all of the information was hard for him but a fun read for us both to sit together and learn together.

My granddaughter was happy to get it for her birthday.

Although 'The Unoffical Harry Potter Spell Book' did deliver when it was published in 2017, included a ton of spells (200 plus, I believe), plus pronunciation and some wand movements from all different sources. Books, movies, video games, trading cards, etc. This book follows this format and includes Pottermore spells as well.It divides the book into charms and hexes after explaining spell casting as well as nonverbal and wordless casting. On top of this, wand woods, wand cores, and enchanted objects.Another thing I love compared to 'The Unoffical Harry Potter Spellbook' is how well it is done. There are a lot less errors as far as what charms/hexes are which, as well as grammar and spelling errors. This was excellently compiled and well-worth it for any Harry Potter fan. I guess my only nitpick complaint is that the wand wood and wand cores should be at the end lol!

Our 10-year-old daughter loves this book. She loves to pretend she's actually at Hogwarts using the same book as Harry, Hermione, and Ron. Clever little "notes" and pictures throughout the book.

My eight year old grandson was so happy to receive this as a surprise. He is in his "Harry Potter Era" and loves to read. Last week he came to visit and spent three days putting hexes on me and casting spells on the cat and dogs. He was in heaven! The book is beautifully made and worth every cent.
