Great. I work remote and, as you can imagine, my commute is a 5 minute one from my bed to the bathroom to the computer. I try to maximize sleep levels and sleep time and this product has helped me a lot. I take one of these during my 5 minute wake up process and i have found that crushing one of these with a pill crusher and then downing it with liquid helps to boost the quickness and the immediate bioavailability. I do this first thing after waking up and by the end of the 5 minutes, I am alert and ready to go for work.

These are just perfect for what I was looking for. It's like a cup of coffee. Not too strong to give me shakes or crashes. The pill is easy to swallow and has no taste. If I feel I need an extra boost, I'll take two.This is like my 10th bottle in about 3 years! Good stuff! Reliable and consistent.

They are making it difficult to return, so I'm going to share my experience. I have eliminated tea completely from my regime due to staining of teeth, so caffeine pills instead. I was aiming to land on a better price-to-quantity ratio product than what's available at the dollar store up the street. This product, unfortunately, was a misappropriation of my money. I consistently crash within an hour. Complete waste. With the dollar store generic, it works just fine, no crashing. I split either product in 1/4s and take it that way as I neither need nor want the full dosage. There's something up with this formulation. And it's a hell loop of trying to return. They have it set up to where you can't easily get a refund. I'd rather forego my refund and warn others to not buy this product. I have no dog in the fight other than to warn others.Edit: I'll leave the previous review in place. The entire pill needs to be taken. I purchased another supplement from a popular caffeine pill brand, same MG. The prolab is 'weaker' than the other one that says it's the same milligram. It does work when taken as a whole pill. It did not work when I split the pills into lower doses. The other brand(s) I use work when I split the pills into lower doses and take them throughout the day. This one needs to be taken one time all at once. While I wouldn't buy this brand again, I no longer feel it was a waste of money. It's inline for the price and brand. I took off one star for being weaker than other competitors at same milligram and another star for lack of transparency and follow up from customer service. There are better options but if you're in a pinch and want a quick budget solution, this is worth a purchase to see if it works with your chemistry.

Llevo tiempo comprado estas pastillas de cafeína. Mi esposo hace Ironman y le va muy bien con estas pastillas. Yo las utilizo de vez cuando para entrenar como pre-workout y me va muy bien. En las tardes cuando me siento cansada también las uso y me mantienen activa. He probado varias marcas y sigo comprando estas porque me encanta el resultado son de buena calidad y no altera mi heart rate.
