Its sturdy and heavy but....things stick to the bottom even on small burner and low flame..
The product is good, heavy and durable.It is good for making vegetables or food with gravy....If you are cooking dry vegetable like bhindi or beans, even on small burner and low flame, food sticks to the bottom.Vegetables are cooked fast and you cannot just leave the vegetable and think I will come check after 10 mins....no no .... For cooking dry vegetable, you have to be in kitchen...checking the vegetable again and again other wise ur vegetable is going to be burned from bottom....Thats the only downside...Rest for things with gravy its good... now I have to search another kadai for making dry vegetables....

Wrost PriductTripal ply is marketing gimik...I have been using this kadhayi since 2 years, at initial product kadhayi was good but after 2 years of use the kadhayi gets very sticky.Now not easy to cook food in this kadhayi..

Best one!
I bought this kadhai on recommendation of a family member and I am happy with it. It's been more than a year i am using this stainless steel kadhai and so far it has not disappointed me. Good one to switch to stainless steel products. High quality and durable. I make all sabzi and gravy, nothing sticks even in high temperature cooking. Hi for it!
