Cuando compré este equipo estaba un poco desconfiada porque mis rodillas están en muy malas condiciones y cualquier intento que hago de algún ejercicio, en vez de sentirme mejor termino lastimandolas, sin embargo me preocupa mucho que a mis 65 años no pueda hacer ningún ejercicio físico, por esa razón leí cuidadosamente todos los comentarios hechos por compradores de este equipo y acabé tomando la decisión de comprarlo y probar que tal me va.Debo decir que después de un mes de uso, mis rodillas siguen doliendo igual, pero ya comencé a notar otros cambios positivos, lo primero fue que duermo toda la noche sin interrupciones, ya no necesito levantarme para ir al baño de madrugada. Lo segundo es que he recibido un estímulo a mi proceso digestivo, aumentando la frecuencia con que voy al baño. Tercero me siento más ágil y con más energía.Quisiera decir que mis dolores de articulaciones han desaparecido así como los de las rodillas pero esto no ha sucedido, aunque no he perdido las esperanzas.Pienso que necesitaré más tiempo para lograr otros resultados positivos .Haré otra actualización más adelante pero me atrevería decir que este equipo vale la pena

The Cons:1. There were no instructions, and it took me a few weeks to figure out how to use it.2. The plug where the electrical cord attaches to the unit easily comes loose.3. It periodically speaks to me in Chinese - Big Brother in China is watching!4. The lowest setting is jarring and violent.5. There is no customer service - I wrote them to ask how to turn it on and for instructions - no response. So you take your chances purchasing. It's too heavy and costly to return.The Pros:1. I think it's been helping with lymphatic flow in lower legs where I have lipedemia.2. I think it's been helping with sacroiliac joint looseness - just shaking motion into my back.3. Mine did come with the remote - I understand many did not - and it's sooooo much more convenient, especially since I'm morbidly obese.4. Mine does hold my weight at 315 lbs - someone commented it only holds 220 lbs, but mine shakes me around pretty rigorously like I weigh much less.5. It's wayyyy cheaper than a PowerPlate, which cost $2,796.

First time buyerMale-43 years old6' tall-310lbs10 years at a desk job-Struggling for 5 years with neck, shoulders, back, hips, pelvis pain issues-Changed diet to 80% plant based-Found the right desk chair that reclines and has a neck pillow- Started with weekly chiropractor appointments for 4 months, now bi weekly appoinments for 4 months-Acutely aware of the increasing weakness of all muscles in my body due to desk job confinement, especially core and legs-This machine works by raising one side of the standing platform up maybe an inch then returns to flat then does the other side VERY quickly, I'm guessing 3-6 times per second on jogging mode-This super fast side to side rocking motion alters your center of gravity which forces ALL body muscles to contract to maintain your balance-Muscles working effect is weakest in arms obviously but that is why it comes with resistance bands that use carabiner clips that attach on the under side of the platform-In theory, this machine should cause all of the muscles in your body to contract to some degree to constantly maintain your balance-First session tried was 10 minutes on the machine's preset jogging mode-Takes some getting used to! but after 4 minutes was totally comfortable-Felt itchy in random spots on lower body from muscles contracting and sweat forming-Defintely feel all muscles other than arms responding to the shifting in my center of gravity-Be careful when moving your head during a session as all of your muscles are constantly contracted already - simply keep your chin level and look straight ahead which is perfect when you set up to watch TV with a remote control in each pocket!-I definitely recommend this product-It works! Low impact and after 1 hour I definitely feel sleepy like I worked out- Can still feel all muscles had a workout-I believe this machine should be beneficial to anyone who like me simply doesn't get enough physical exercise or is recovering from an injury and has been cleared by their doctor for physical exercise to strengthen muscles that have atrophied to some extent during recovery, any people with limited mobility, great inside device when there's bad weather outside-Machine is VERY quiet, nobody in the room heard it while i was using it with the tv on-Suction cups on machine's peg legs make it 100% secure on wood floor-I STRONGLY recommend this product

Im amazed how many good reviews this kind of product have and no one talks about warnings or negative reviews. Before this purchase I checked many reviews of this and other brands, also info in youtube of many regimens of using this product for exercise. The first time I used it, I put it in the slower possible mode. Use it for 12 minutes. I felt after that disconfort in my head and chest. Im usually have my medical studies done and after this first use, went for another one. I came out to be ok and with no medical situations. The Dr told me these vibrating machines are not that good and recomend to stop using it. I waited 2 months and try it again in the same slower mode for 9 minutes, same results, felt like a bad sensation as if I just got out of the heavyest roller coster. Have to say that I have done exercise almost all my life. Find out 4 different friends that also tried vibrating machines, and none of those 4 kept using it, they felt disconfort as I did. If this have so many good reviews I suppossed they didnt feel disconfort. So, as my title says, Its not for everyone.
