These are good wipes. My only complaint is that the pack is rather large. I am planning to do day hikes only and could probably use a package of wipes half the size. However, that being said, I'll probably appreciate the ample number of wipes after my first...you know...need to use. I'd like to see this item divided into two smaller packages for the same price.

The updated review:After using these and giving a few to my buddies -- who really liked them! -- I realized I reviewed THE WRONG PRODUCT! So I am updating my review to put things right. These -- the Combat Wipes -- are really good. They get you clean, they leave no smell, they stay in one piece, they are heavy enough to hold a LOT of grime, and don't bother even sensitive skin. I took them on a wilderness camping trip and all four of the crew really liked them. (It was a pack it in, pack it out trip, so they got plenty of hard use.) They are not cheap, so I don't use them everyday, but they are really good when you need them.For those wondering, I wrote the original review thinking these wipes rhymed with Prude or Jude, etc. And those wipes -- I still don't like them.My apologies for getting these products confused!The original review:I picked up a bunch of these to keep in my toolbox and truck. The chemical solution is fine -- leaves a clean feel, no sticky residue, and no smell. But the fabric/tissue is NOT up to the job. It quickly rolls into a ball and the wipe is useless past that. You end up using several sheets for what should be a one-sheet job. I will use them up, but be trying some other wipes next time. Thanks for reading, and I hope this is helpful!

If you primitive camp like my wife and I do, you know that personal hygiene can quickly suffer especially on hot summer camping trips. These wipes are great. You can clean yourself with just a few and they don't leave a residue or smell funny like other brands. I recently bought some new packs of these for a campout because I had misplaced the packs I had used on a previous campout last year. While setting up camp, I found the old packs that had been opened but not used up from the year before. Thinking they'd be all dried up after being in storage for so long, I found them all still wet and fresh and ready to use! The reasable package really works well!

The pluses: love the biodegradability; leaves skin feeling clean, smooth and soft; fragrance is nice, not overpowering; folded individually so when I pull one out the next one doesn't try to follow it; compact size and lightweight; resealable tape opening is secureWhat I didn't like: the size of each wipe is not oversized as claimed in product advertising, it is barely the size of a small washcloth, and because it is so small and very thin, more than one is required if you expect to get clean; the ingredients are not listed in product photos or in product description, so I had to just hope there was nothing in them that would affect me, after receiving product and reading the ingredients I am very dismayed at the number of chemicals, some I've never heard of and will need to research before I put this on my skin again; the cost per wipe was fair for one wipe per day, but at 2 or more per day it adds up to be rather expensive compared to other disposable wipes, therefore these will be saved for use only in situations where I need to limit trash carry out.I love that this company is addressing the need for biodegradable products. I just wish it was a better value for the dollar and used more natural ingredients in the cleansing formula.
