The media could not be loaded. My first impression was that the monitor is shockingly thin, though really sturdy. After I plugged it in and turned it on, I was ecstatic at the quality!It was easy to install, as all I needed was connect it to a USB-c port on my laptop and it worked. From there I set my display preferences and it simply worked.There's no skipping or lagging that could be seen either. I was worried that the USB-c only connection being used for power and video connection would have an effect on video quality, but no. It works better than monitors that are 4x as thick and 2x the price.That's one of the best parts for me as all I require is one USB-C cord to my laptop for this monitor to function perfectly.I don't have to set up a dozen wires to make it work. I don't worry that when I break this portable monitor out that people will see a wired mess.I'm seriously thinking about getting a few more of these for my desktop computer since I could install these monitors on the wall and not have to worry about losing my rental deposit by screwing in an industrial grade bolt into a wooden beam.The only minor 'negative' here, which isn't really a negative, is its stand.It uses a really thin stand that props the monitor up perfectly and securely. The "hard" part is that you have to do a sort of origami on the thin stand to get it at the slant that you want.Yeah, I had to learn a new skill in order to prop the monitor up the way I liked, but that took all of 2–3 minutes and I can now do it perfect every time.People that complain about the stand and reduce stars are making a mountain out of a molehill.The fact that the stand can be used as a portable protective shield when not in use shows me that the company that made this has fantastic foresight and they love their customers.They also make themselves available 24/7 to fix any issue that may pop up in addition to giving you a free warranty on top of whatever Amazon offers, plus donating money to UNICEF for each review given.All of this cements that I'll be using their services and products for a long time to comeNote: On Windows 11, make sure to turn off the default 150% magnification when adjusting your display adapter to extend your display. It makes the resolution the recommended for the system and, for some reason, zooms in REALLY Far. This is a Windows 11 issue and not a monitor issue...

Works as expected, I use it as a travel monitor with no issues. They only issue I have, I wish it had a height adjustment, I ended up using a book to give it a bit more height. I use it primarily for working on spreadsheets.
