Great tasting GU Energy sachet
As a cyclist I’ve been using GU for many years. I prefer the Chocolate flavour which tastes really good and doesn’t leave you feeling sickly after having it. I find that the GU helps to ensure that you have fuel for the duration of the ride and prevents me from getting really hungry while cycling. It’s a quality product, easy to carry and is not that expensive. I highly recommend this product, especially if you follow the guidelines from the manufacturer.
