I've started taking the a while ago and..I could feel the difference when I took itIt's boosts immunity and has basically all the nutrients you'll he needing...It has good amounts of calcuim and magnesium which I appreciate...To sum all up I would say that overall this is a must

Not Much effetive

It is a nice combination of minerals and zinc extracts, helps me a lot in maintaining daily energy levels, if you are in mid twenties, it’s a charm to you as well, but dosage is required twice, morning and evening for complete effectiveness, so have to buy again in two weeks. So far so good.

This multivitamin is good in every aspect. It has good amount of vitamins present in one dose. By far the best multivitamin in market. The taste is good not leave any odour in mouth. Must buying product.
