Solid build
Excellent product, and a lot of fun. Has a powerful blast of salt to take down pesky flies, a nice sight (if you need it), and I really enjoy the safety staying in the "off" position for multiple shots. My other fly gun has the safety that comes on every time you reload, which is a pain. This is a solidly built product, which I'm sure will last.

Entertaining and effective
Got this as a joke, but it’s actually a pretty decent bug killer. We basically replaced the fly swatter with itIt’s a plastic toy but it does what it advertises. Accuracy is 0 but you’re shooting salt so it’s forgiving. Overall easy and fun to use.

Wasp Destroyer
Awesome product. It is well made and works well. Compared to the original product, this is definitely an upgrade that is worth the cost. The fiber optic sights are bright and easy to see, unlike the sights on the original. It is powerful enough to knock a wasp down around two to two and a half feet away. The gold and black color scheme is nice, as well. It is a fun toy that does a good job. We use it around the house instead of Wasp Spray to keep pets safe from the spray. If you have pets and wasps, it is the perfect tool for the job.

Easy solution to neutralize bugs in your household
Great way to take down flies, also works wonders with cockroaches. A single penny's worth of salt will be enough for several shots. No mess to clean up other than a bug that has not been squashed and the tiny amount of salt that it took to neutralize it. I won't deny that it's also fun to use.

Very difficult to pump - but effective
My wife is unable to activate the pump action on this device … and I admit, it is challenging. It does, however, do exactly what it advertises to do … obliterates flies with simple household salt! (No need for special salt)My wife uses it for Carpenter bees, which are wreaking havoc on our homes eaves. While it doesn’t actually take out a carpenter bee, it does knock-them to the ground allowing her shoe to finish them off … certainly better than spraying all those chemicals on the upper parts of the house - only to be dealing with the creatures year after year anyway.I’m hoping that the pump mechanism will become more user friendly in time … right now, our bee problem requires a 2-person team.

The Fly TERMINATOR!
Okay this thing is cool. It works as people say it does, Put some table salt in the top , cock the gun and fire away!. It works up to about 30 feet, and if you're skilled enough, yes you can blast bugs out of mid air. It absolutely takes out flys, but heartier skinned bugs may not die (just be blasted away or stunned).PRO TIP, If you are having a hard time cocking the gun, use one hand to pull the cocker back while the other hand (usually holding the handle and trigger) pushes forward at the same time, makes it a bit easier.Stiff trigger for whatever reason. You WILL probably get a tired finger or pumping arm if you kill more than about 6 or 7 flies in a few minutes. Not a HUGE deal, but just an FYI.

Super fun bug killing gun
This is the best money I have spent as an adult human. We leave our door open for our pets in nice weather, but that brings all of the flies in the tristate area into our home. It’s gross and traps are gross. This gun, however, is super fun. It uses normal table salt and is very easy to use, there’s even a scope. I’m giggling and sniping flies as a new pastime. My only problem is that it’s too effective and I’m bored now that I’ve killed them all.

Great "tool" when its working....
I've had two of these so far. Put in the correct Morton salt at all times as ammo and terminated numerous flies with my first Bug-A-Salt. However, the new one I purchased is just junk. It's jamming 80% of the time and just feels cheaper (although more expensive in price). Looks like these guys made enough money to not care about their products anymore. Not buying another one from them
