I'm hoping this says 5 Stars! I'm only seeing 4 in yellow/gold. I could not be happier with this purchase! I unfortunately lost my other one, when we lost our home in the hurricane. This one is a bit different, but I think that I actually like it better. It comes with a lot of blades. They say that you get 8 weeks of blades, but in actuality you really get a lot more! You use this I would say maybe every 3 months. So, if you use it every 2 1/2-3 months (like I seem to be doing) and you are receiving 8 blades, for me I have enough blades for 2 Years, which is SO worth it! Considering the alternative & going to a spa and paying anywhere around $200-$350 for just 1 service, it is a no-brainer! Completely worth the $$$! Definitely not something that you have to do or even want to do too often. I personally wait until my hair is visible again on my face, or if I have some type of Party or event. Just a Warning if you have never had dermaplaning done- you want to give yourself LITERALLY a couple of weeks, if it's your 1ST time. I have sensitive skin & my face stayed red & peeled for at least 3 weeks! That was the ONLY downside of dermaplaning, but that is just a given. It really does not matter if you use this or go to an esthetician, if it is your first time you are just going to see some type of irritability, it's just inevitable. Bright side, you only have to go through that ONCE! Thank God! It's super easy to use & it has 3 settings. I think that I have only charged mine once. Actually, this will be my second time using this specific one. The charge lasts you for a while, which makes it very convenient. And it can totally be travel-size as well. I might take mine on a trip that's upcoming because I have told my family & friends about it. Blades are super easy to attach too! You do not even have to touch the blade!Probably one of the smartest Purchases that I have made when it comes to anything cosmetically speaking! If you are debating about it, BUY IT NOW! There is NO way that you are going to regret it! I'm in my late 40's & as many women know, all of a sudden, we start to see peach fuzz. NOT cool! I have never had any issue until my late 40's & this thing is just great in so many ways! I’ve finally used this long enough to give an honest review!! I’m usually a girly who will buy a bulk pack of the disposable face razors but I was gifted this by Michael Todd and I’m sooo glad I was! When I buy the disposable razors it’s a hit or miss with the actual razor being sharp enough or too dull meanwhile with this since it’s medical grade there’s no worries about knicks or cuts! I personally love to dermaplane about once a month. This allows maximum benefits my for skin without the worry of over exfoliating! Keep in mind your skin type may differ from my timeframe. My favorite part (other than glowy healthy looking skin) is seeing all the dead skin and hair come off onto the napkin lol it’s pleasing to actually see! And don’t even get me started on the way my makeup applies so much more smoothly!! Thanks to sonic dermaplaning my skincare products absorb so much better giving me their max benefits! If you look good you feel good! I’d 10/10 recommend getting your hands on one of these! 1st two skin pics are before I used it, last two are from today (keep in mind it’s been well over a week since I’ve used it). This product gave me smooth , glowing skin in minutes!! skincare game changer in my routine! Nowww.. I was skeptical at first, (coarse hair growing back) but after just one use, I noticed a HUGE difference in how my skin looked and felt. The product gently removed all the peach fuzz and built-up dead skin I didn’t even realize was dulling my skin.. keeping me from the glow I was looking for! First, I love the color that I purchased — lavender is so cute and makes me more inclined to use it on a regular basis. I have recently gotten into doing a skin care routine and incorporated this into that, and I’m glad I did! I don’t really have peach fuzz, but I do have combination skin that often gets dry and flaky, and what I have noticed about using this is that it gets all that dead skin off my face to reveal soft and glowing skin underneath! I noticed the biggest difference with touch because unfortunately, I do have some blemishes that are very stubborn to go away, but the texture is noticeable in the best way. This was my first time using something like this and this product is easy to use, works as described, is not noisy, and in fact, it’s very satisfying to hear the sound of the dermaplaning tool doing its thing. Everything feels fine afterward too, no pain or irritation. As it comes with multiple replacement blades, the charger and the base, it’s definitely a good value for the money. The size is travel friendly, too! Overall, I recommend this tool to any one interested in trying this out to be a part of their regular skin care routine.
