Customer service bad product not up to par
Was a gift to a 13 year old. During 3rd time out drone lost contact with base station controllers battery life was ok. Contacted seller and received email saying they were busy and would get back to me. Made second attempt with same response. Close to 3 weeks still no response. Customer service is terrible. Since I’m within the 1 month period tha Amazon allows for returns will be retuning through Amazon for a refund. I encourage whoever is planning to buy this product, not to do it.

It’s fast . Wouldn’t recommend for 1st drone ,
The media could not be loaded. I fly every kind of drone there is … this for the money is super fast , and I think that’s why it’s gets a bad review, it’s light n drifty , if you already fly drones n want to something for backyard that’s fast , for the price it’s fun . Faster than my dji mini and potensic and my camera drones , just watch for wind . Ni camera, it’s not goin to stay still cuz it’s fast , very fun

Man is it a fast little flyer you gotta try it if your new to drone flying keep it at level 1 but 2 /3 super responsive. Crazy fast love it

Would NOT recommend!!!
The best I can say about this is that we were able to return it and get a refund🥲 right from the start it seemed off and like it wasn’t flying correctly and after the first use in the air it wouldn’t even lift off the ground anymore, I know you “get what you pay for”, but I’ve seen end cap type drones that work better! PLEASE do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!

Amazing
I have no idea why this product has so much backlash on Amazon. The battery life is good, but the power it delivers is superb! Preforming stunts is so easy. The only thing bad about this is it’s need for space, but that’s what you get for the power of this drone.
