Love these to try all the flavors before committing to one flavor tub. All of them are great and so much flavor. I do dissolve one packet with more water than recommended because the flavor is strong. I use these on days I sweat a lot during workouts and it helps me get my water in for the days I’m tired of plain water.

Love this pack to try all the flavors. These are salty lol just a heads up. Favorites are lemon lime (reminds me of Gatorade but not sweet), watermelon (a bit tangy), really enjoyed the pins colada (sweetest one but still salty), strawberry lemon is good too I like mixing it with strawberry lemon Poppi soda and it’s so yummy!!, my least favorite was mixed berry. I really enjoyed mixing them with sparkling water. It’s like a 0 calorie treat.Normally drink them fasted (obv not mixed with a Poppi for fasting haha!) before my workouts and it definitely makes a difference for me. I don’t get dizzy and I continue drinking until my eating window and helps me feel good.Of course it’s more reasonable financially to get a tub of a single flavor but it was worth the splurge for me to taste the flavors and have some variety.

I was looking for a higher quality electrolyte and I’ve seen these shared a few times and decided to give them a try. There are many flavors, but I got the variety pack to see which I liked the most. These are super tasty! The salt will settle in the bottom, so you do have to shake it before each drink, but that doesn’t bother me! They definitely have more of a salt taste along with the sweet flavor, which I personally enjoy! The pina colada was my favorite flavor! I will definitely be buying again!

I bought these to take on vacation at the beach. I stash a few in my bag to easily add to bottled water to keep up with my hydration. It dissolves super easy and the taste is so good. The variety pack gives me a chance to sample their flavors so I can pick my favorites to buy the larger containers for home. Highly recommend. A great value for the money.

As far as the taste goes, all the flavors are very good. My only issue is that it’s 35% of your daily sodium. I’m having muscle cramps so I got this. It’s helped tremendously, but I drink to a day. That means that I’m getting 70% of my sodium from electrolytes. That’s not very good. All food has sodium in it so I’m getting way over my daily allowance. That is my only issue with it. Obviously it’s made from by Redmond Real salt, but they do need to ease up on the salt a bit. however, I will say that if you are working outside or working out in a gym, this is good if you’re really sweating.

Fantastic product - I instantly start to feel so great upon consuming it. Put it in a bottle with a lid, shake it up and enjoy!

Do yourself a favor and start drinking these every day! I used these every day during my pregnancy, during my labor, and postpartum, and they were perfect. Best electrolyte my family and I have found! The flavors are all really good as well.
