But as I’m getting older my PCOS is becoming worse as my cycles are now irregular and way longer than normal. I tried OVASITOL first. HORRIBLE effect after. FLO is way better !! My husband and I struggled to have our second child for over 2 years. I knew I wasn't "infertile" because we had a child before years before in the past. I have struggled all my life with irregular periods like anywhere from 60-120 days. I was put on birth control for it at a very young age to regulate my cycles and I actually ended up pregnant while on it with our first child. Within the last 6 months before starting FLO I feel like my cycles were more along the lines of 90+ days pretty frequently. It didn't matter if I exercised or tried to eat healthier nothing worked to help regulate them. I was struggling with ovulating (which explains why we struggled for 2 years for our second child.) I tried many other vitamins and things people swore by to help with fertility/regulating cycles and nothing worked. I never felt any better at all or any changes. I saw FLO on tiktok for several months and thought "yeah whatever. I highly doubt its legit" just like all of the other things I had tried before. Well I finally was at a point where I didn't know what else to do so I scheduled an OB appointment to try to figure out what was going on and why we were struggling for so long to get pregnant and at worse to see if they could regulate my cycles. They couldn't see me for almost a month so I finally ordered these in the mean time to see if they would work. I took these for 3-4 weeks and had symptoms of ovulation which caused me to test for ovulation and the test came back positive. I then took an early response pregnancy test 10 days later and behold I was finally pregnant. I'm now 19 weeks pregnant with what appears to be a very healthy baby. I cannot confirm if these were the cause of regulating my ovulation BUT it is very strange I started these and after being irregular my entire life I all of a sudden ovulated when I was supposed to and would have had a regular cycle of 28-30 days if I hadn't ended up pregnant. So I would recommend these. Also my overall well being felt so much better while taking these.

Honestly a good product! I haven’t noticed much of a change with my period but I also read it takes time for these pills to do anything. I have zero side effects. They do help my energy and bloating. The taste is literally nothing. I’m going to purchase 3 more bottles so I can really see if there’s a difference in my period.

I wasn’t sure how quickly it would work or if it would work at all I’ve noticed my mood has changed for the better and I have more energy than usual. Way less fatigue than before. It recommends two a day however I started with just two. My only complaint is that it gives me a huge headache. Which I hope goes away after my body gets used to it. Also going to try and break up the doses one in the morning and one in the afternoon to see if that helps. Overall I think it’s worth the money

I been taking this for about 3 weeks, I have seen big improves in my period and period symptoms at least so far, if it changes in future ones I will update. I also noticed also improvements in other things like being more sensitive. Make sure take the capsules with food and space them out some. Being in a too big of a hurry couple times, I did not space them out also didn't eat something I had cramping and stomach issues. But soon as I started making sure to eat something and spacing them out things have been great.
