These work great, I've been taking them slowly to begin with when I'm either drinking coffee with milk, or ice cream. They have gotten rid of most of the stomach pain I used to get, and I have spent less time on the toilet.They taste like raspberry, however they're a little dry given they're chewable tablets and need a good washing down.Definitely worth the money.

As someone who has always been slightly lactose intolerant, i wanted to give these a try and they haven't disappointed. I take two before any dairy meal and i don't get the bloating or other side effects i usually get with dairy. A bit of a funny taste before a savoury meal but not offensive. Would recommend to anyone who is having side effects when eating dairy!

These work from what I can tell but is a bit vague on how many you should take per meal (2-6) with no upper limit per day? The raspberry is pleasant but also a bit jarring before a savoury meal

Super effective and has a mildly sweet taste for consumption. I bought these for a holiday in Mexico and it did not disappoint.

I’ve been lactose intolerant for a couple of years or so and whilst I can buy lactose free milk, I miss the simple things in life, like just going into a coffee shop and having a drink like most other people can. I’ve tried other similar products which are supposed to work but sadly not for me. I decided on a whim to try these and I’m so glad that I did, they work brilliantly for me, I take two with my first sip of coffee and then……….nothing, it’s wonderful a normal cup with absolutely no side effects!I’m delighted with this product it works great for me but that doesn’t been that it will be the same for everyone, we are all individuals and what works for one person may not work for another but I would definitely recommend trying it, I know that I’m certainly glad that I did.

Weird flavour, these are normally flavourless but it's got an odd sweet slightly citrus taste like a tic-tac or something. It's ok but doesn't go well with many food flavours...Seems to avert lactose problems mostly so on a par with other poop tablets as I call them...

These are great, I have found 3-4 tablets is best for me for things such as pizza

Totally didn't work for me.I recently was diagnosed with lactase intolerance and was really hoping that these would slightly widen my options to still consume a little cheese here and there. Tried these the first time and really regret to have trusted this product. It's sent me in to two days of heavy cramping and essentially did not work at all. If you are dealing with lactase intolerance, please avoid.
